Public hearing to consider a Notice of Intent and Stormwater Management Permit filed by Derek Orifice for the construction of a 4,500 sf commercial building with related parking, drainage, utilities and grading within the 100-foot buffer to bordering vegetated wetlands. The project is located at Lot 2B Butterfield Drive. 7:15p

2. Public hearing to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Daniel Aho for the installation of a 2 PVC force main with associated sewer manholes, couplings and appurtenances, pavement removal and site grading within the 100-foot buffer to bordering vegetated wetlands. 7:15p

3. Continued public hearing to consider a Notice of Intent and an application for Stormwater Management Permit filed by Martin Loiselle, Capital Group Properties, for the construction of four apartment buildings, a club house, associated driveway and parking areas, stormwater management system, utilities and site grading on 7.62 acres of land, portions of which are bordering vegetated wetlands. The project includes the alteration of 830 s.f. of bordering vegetated wetlands and 1,380 s.f. of wetland replication. The project is located at 133 West Union Street. DEP# 95-855. 7:15p

5. Continued public hearing to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Daryll Gavin for the construction of a septic system within the 100-foot buffer to bordering vegetated wetlands. The project is located at 161 Winter Street. 7:15p

Continued public hearing to consider a Notice of Intent and an application for Stormwater Management Permit filed by Gerry Gerbrands for the construction a single family house, septic system, utilities and associated grading and paving within the 100-foot buffer to bordering vegetated wetlands. 7. Continued public hearing 9 to consider an Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation filed by Ken Harrison the confirmation of a wetland delineation on a 1.69 acre parcel of land located at 7 Walcott Road. DEP# 95-869. 7:15p

Continued public hearing to consider a Notice of Intent and an application for Stormwater Management Permit filed by Franics Venuto, LF, LLC, for the construction of four office/warehouse buildings, installation of utilities including stormwater management, and associated grading and paving within the 100-foot buffer to bordering vegetated wetlands.
