The Ashland Conservation Commission is scheduled to meet on October 19, 2015

at the Town Hall, 101 Main Street, at 7:00 p.m.

AGENDA

1. Public hearing to consider a Notice of Intent and an application for Stormwater Management Permit filed by Ken Harrison, K&D Landscaping, for the construction of a 72'x30' garage including a 72'x40' paved driveway, crushed stone storage area, utility connections, drainage and associated site work within the 100-foot buffer zone to bordering vegetated wetlands. The project is located at 7 Walcott Road.

2. Public hearing to consider a Notice of Intent and an application for Stormwater Management Permit filed by Richard Terrill, Ashland Chestnut Realty, for the construction of an in-ground swimming pool with concrete apron and 16' wide wooden deck, and the alteration of an existing stormwater detention basin within the 100-foot buffer zone to bordering vegetated wetlands. The project is located on Queen Isabella Way.

3. Public hearing to consider a Notice of Intent and an application for Stormwater Management Permit filed by Daniel DeMarco, Campanelli Acquisitions II, for the construction of a multi-unit apartment building complex with associated parking, clubhouse, landscaping, stormwater management and other utilities, and an emergency access road to High Street, portions of which are within the 100-foot buffer zone to bordering vegetated wetlands. The project is located on the MBTA access road.

4. Continued public hearing to consider a Notice of Intent and an application for Stormwater Management Permit filed by Capital Group Properties for the construction of four apartment buildings, a club house, associated driveway and parking areas, stormwater management system, utilities and site grading on 7.62 acres of land, portions of which are bordering vegetated wetlands. The project includes the alteration of 830 s.f. of bordering vegetated wetlands and 1,380 s.f. of wetland replication. The project is located at 133 West Union Street. DEP# 95-855

5. Continued public hearing to consider a Notice of Intent and an application for Stormwater Management Permit filed by David Caligaris, Pickwick Development Corp., for the construction of 93-unit senior residential community with associated roadway and utilities, portions of which are within the 100-foot buffer zone to bordering vegetated wetlands. The project is located at 466 Chestnut Street. DEP# 95-873.

6. Continued public hearing to consider a Notice of Intent and an application for Stormwater Management Permit filed by Adam Beal, Lodestar Energy, for the construction of a large-scale ground-mounted solar photovoltaic system within the 100-foot buffer zone to bordering vegetated wetland, the 25-No Disturb Zone, and over two small portions of freshwater wetland. The project is located at 175 Butterfield Drive. DEP# 95-877

7. Continued public hearing to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Donald Zani for after-the-fact approval for tree clearing, paving, the operation of a commercial tree business and operation of an auto storage business, all within the 100-foot buffer zone to bordering vegetated wetlands. The project is located at 6 Yale Street, 0 Harvard St and 0 Pond St. DEP# 95-876.
